Testimonials & Client Success Stories

“I was new at being a client.  I was still working on getting my life back on track after losing my dad. Tracy was awesome!  She helped me open up and really start healing. What I liked most about our coaching relationship was…the compassion and authenticity. I found more peace…(I was) finally able to openly talk about things without crying. I learned to be open and vulnerable. I would recommend Tracy’s coaching to everyone.”

“It was very helpful to have Tracy as my nurse coach. She created a safe space that allowed me to open up to have greater understanding of myself. She was gentle and kind with her thoughtful inquiry, which allowed me to not feel judged or fearful. I appreciated our time together and would encourage those seeking deeper insight into themselves to receive coaching from Tracy”

“I just started the nurse coaching practicum and have never really had a practice of meditation or mindfulness. These sessions have really been beneficial because it has really helped to practice what we've learned. My experience working with you has been great! I really enjoyed getting to know you and the support you provided in my learning was wonderful. I really learned how to put mindfulness into practice. I was hesitant at first because I am so new at it and you really helped ease my anxiety because we were in this together. I learned how to really focus on my breathing and how it can be a stress reliever. How this can benefit me and my clients when working through challenging conversations. I also learned that this would be beneficial to me to practice every day to really help me in my self-development. Tracy has a wonderful attitude and she has a very soothing voice and demeanor. I highly recommend Tracy.

“When we started mindfulness coaching I was not taking any time to do this work on my own... I ‘knew’ it is what I needed to do, however failed over and over trying to make it part of my daily routine. I love Tracy's calming, gentle affect. She comes from a place of peace and tranquilness. Her approach was exactly what I needed. I tend to live ‘full steam ahead. I was able to slow down, enjoy our time working together without guilt. I found the value of filling my cup in order to do better and feel better so valuable. I experienced the benefits of calming my body and the value of doing that over living my life to get things done... Your approach was perfect for me. I needed help grounding myself. I believe working with you would benefit anyone!! ”

“Before the nurse coaching, I was stressed and suffering from depression, that I was unaware of, due to a lack of sleep, physical exercise, that was caused by being mentally and physically overstretched by people and secondary time commitments in my life. The coaching sessions brought awareness to these issues and developed a multi-phase plan to improve one facet at a time to work towards a healthier mental, physical, and social lifestyle. Phase one was an improvement in sleep and life commitment analysis to improve mental health. Phase two was to address the physical components of my life. Phase three was to evaluate the social aspects of my life and what tools I had to eliminate stress and time wasters.

It was 100% enjoyable. A patient and excellent listener that asked respectful and probing questions when needed to get to the bottom of imbalances in my daily life. Shared her own struggles when needed in addition to positive encouragement and feedback. Offered alternative ideas and supported my goals with ideas for additional exercises, meals, and ways to incorporate my children in my positive changes. As my coach you always asked the question, ‘If the goals were attainable and sustainable’, and that double check really lead down the path more successful goals.

Benefits included an increase in the amount of sleep per night. Fewer body aches from proper stretching and weightlifting program. I began taking my lunch to work which helps with dieting and monetary budgeting. I came to the realization that the amount of commitments I was under was not sustainable and developed a plan to tackle this. I signed up for classes to finish my Engineering Degree. Overall, lowered my stress and depression level.

Some new insights I gained is that it always helps to have a second opinion on your life choices and that proper sleep and stretching should be the start of any life improvement plan.” I’d recommend your coaching to those individuals whose time management has caused their mental and physical health to fall to a lower priority. A combination of nurse, therapist, and life coach all in one. We covered a lot of facets of my life and improved them all.
